Guys, I have downloaded BB2 and it don't fucking work. I get an error message saying that my graphics card is not compatible with DirectX11. Anyone know a way round this? What a load of old horse wank!
I have a big fuck off graphics card with a big fan, but I'm not sure what it's called.

What GPU do you have?
Open Screen Resolution by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under Appearance and Personalization, clicking Adjust screen resolution.
Click Advanced settings, and then click the Adapter tab.
That should tell you.
If you go in device manager and find the GPU there, I think you can update the driver as that could be the problem?
Or perhaps your GPU is the Lokmotive USSR56 from 1989? In which case bung on your hasmat suit and run...

It looks to be better spec than mine and I got it to work. Give that stuff a go and see what you can do.

Beef, your graphics card looks to meet the min requirements so basically what Selfy said, if that doesn't work we can go from there
edit: tbh your computer is aboslutely goddamn ancient by PC standards =P so probably not worth upgrading. You might as well start saving, you can a get a decent prebuilt pc for well under US$1000 depending on what you want

HI Beefy - you can delete all of that sorry i should have said just the display info bits
from selfys suggestion have you tried the following:
1. Right click on the background of the Desktop and click AMD Catalyst Control Center. 2. Click the button 'Power' then 'Switchable Graphics'. 3. Click the button 'High-performance' or 'High-performance GPU' under 'Choose a Graphics Processing Unit'. 4. Click the button 'Browse' under 'Other Applications'. 5. Browse the hard disk drive and open the folder 'Blood Bowl 2' located by default in 'Local Disk (C:)', folder 'Program Files' or 'Program Files (x86)', 'Steam', 'SteamApps' and 'Common'. 6. Select the application 'BloodBowl2_DX_32' and click the button 'Open'. 7. Click the button 'Apply' then close the AMD Catalyst Control Center and run the game.
Then cross your fingers and clench your bum cheeks

Whats a good processor or a good graphics card? I've got some £000's i'm supposed to be putting down on a mortgage but... Cheers Beef
