If you are gonna go with the prebuilt route, you probably wanna look for something that runs with an nvidia gtx 670 or higher (probably a 700 series if you don't want to fiddle with overclocking), and most prebuilts use i5 or i7 quadcore processors with 2.7+ GHz. You can also go the AMD route but I am not really familiar with their products. Not sure what the pricing is like, and what stores are available for you, overseas but you could find something with close to those specs that would run current games beautifully and would keep up with future releases for a good long while. Of course building your own pc gets you much better bang for your buck, but it can be a pain to build one if it is your first time or don't have the time to fiddle with it. Nvidia GForce GTX660 is a good graphics reasonable price under 100 US.what I use and never have problems.
